Highly recommend a visit to the team in the Barnet showroom - Ian was brilliant helping me choose products and getting the right mix of quality and price. I had 2 bathrooms replaced and am delighted with the results. I used a fitter recommended by Just Add Water - Mentor Tusha of BluFlame - who (along with his team) was excellent and who I’d also highly recommend.
The end to end service from Just Add Water was fantastic. Josh did a great job of translating our requirements into an excellent design and from this he helped us to select some innovative products. Once everything was delivered we had a few minor issues with missing items but Dean stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. The installation is now complete and we love our new shower room. Many thanks to Josh and Dean for always going the extra mile.

Very professional service . Went in on the off chance looking for ideas for replacing/refurbishing our 2 bathrooms . Our good fortune to find Dean Easton . Great salesman , positive, proactive ,helpful. No pressure . He took us through all the areas we should consider before making choices .He recommended Andrei of Professional Refurbishments as installer. Andrei came to survey and measure bathrooms and give us some ideas of what we could do. Outstanding professional. Having worked out what we wanted estimates were sent for installation costs. Back to Dean to choose fittings . Dean and Andrei Project managed the whole process then. A future date was booked to start work .All fixtures and fittings ,tiles and extras all chosen at the right time in the right order . Solutions were quickly chosen to overcome unforeseen issues ..out of stocks replacements found .Our 2 bathrooms ,new window ,water softener , extra plumbing. were all completed on time to a very high standard .We were kept involved all the way through .We have done home improvements before in several houses.I have never worked with better Professionals. Due to a dishonest construction manager, I unexpectedly became responsible for the project management of a gut renovation of our four bedroom two bathroom terraced home.
