Our North London showroom displays all the current trends and 100s of different suppliers. We are able to offer you a wide range of products and whichever price point you need.

If you are coming to visit us at Barnet, feel free to use our dedicated parking spaces.

If you are coming to us on public transport we are just a stone throw away from ‘New Barnet’ over ground station. Otherwise we are local to both Cockfosters & High Barnet station.

Buckhurst Hill

Our Essex showroom is located in the affluent suburb of Buckhurst Hill. The showroom boasts over a hundred displays over two floors. At just add water we are constantly freshening up our display settings to suit ever changing trends in the market.

We display top brand names such as Catalano, Axor & Hansgrohe, Duravit, Crosswater & hundreds more. All available to you….

If you are driving, our showroom offers free onsite parking. If you are using public transport we are just a short walk away from ‘Buckhurst Hill Station’ which is on the Central line.

Highly recommend a visit to the team in the Barnet showroom - Ian was brilliant helping me choose products and getting the right mix of quality and price. I had 2 bathrooms replaced and am delighted with the results. I used a fitter recommended by Just Add Water - Mentor Tusha of BluFlame - who (along with his team) was excellent and who I’d also highly recommend.

The end to end service from Just Add Water was fantastic. Josh did a great job of translating our requirements into an excellent design and from this he helped us to select some innovative products. Once everything was delivered we had a few minor issues with missing items but Dean stepped in and sorted everything out immediately. The installation is now complete and we love our new shower room. Many thanks to Josh and Dean for always going the extra mile.

Immaculate. Whilst the weather outside was frightful, the Showroom and its staff were delightful.A plethora of brilliant settings that enhanced the quality product lines. Baths and showers, basins and vanities, mirrors and cabinets, a range of brassware (in all the on-trend colours), tiles, panels, accessories ... absolutely spoilt for choice.Whether looking for modern or traditional, for a large bathroom, a small bathroom, a medium (just right) bathroom or that small cloakroom, there is a product for most any taste.And there's the staff. Warm...pleasant...friendly...inquisitive. All the features that you want in the team that is helping you create your new bathroom.Lovely Showroom!

Cannot recommend more. Stephanie was really helpful and I'm really happy with my finished bathroom. She even went the extra mile and was personally delivering items to make sure it met our building deadlines. Wouldnt go anywhere else for bathrooms.
